JoyBundle provides curated birthday return-gift bundles and handles order requests through a manual confirmation process.

Order requests

Submitting an order request does not complete a paid purchase. We confirm availability, delivery charges, and the final amount with you through WhatsApp before payment.

Payment and fulfilment

Payment is made manually using the QR code shared by JoyBundle after confirmation. Preparation begins after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing depends on location, personalization, availability, and order requirements.
